Historical Background
The founder had in the past revamped English Generator (Stator & Rotor) upto 33 KV rating (PARSONS) including repair of conductor and core. Core repair was done by intricate inter slot electrochemical etching and detection by DIGITAL ELCID test. The group carried out refurbishing of MIV sealing & seating rings of CHHUKHA HEP Bhutan (Large Hydro) .
Thereafter the group accomplished critical turbine repair for 20MW unit in East India, Neyrpic France make , particularly thrust collar machining & polishing followed by refurbishing of new thrust and journal bearings.
ALTMAN care team even worked in the past for installation of 2x50 MW Fuji Units at Karbi Langpi Assam, APGCL under Fuji Electric and was also involved in R & M of Periyar Hydro and Jaldhaka 4x9 MW units under VA Tech and with the above credentials and the team moved to ALTMAN Flagship collaborating with HPP France for its Design Engineering back up and commenced manufacturing of Hydro turbines.
